Susan Mejias was born in Biloxi, MS and raised in Charleston, SC. She comes from a military family, is a military spouse, and a veteran. Her lifelong involvement in the military community brings the loyalty, discipline and organization needed to serve her clients, while still showing the upmost care, empathy and understanding.


Since being honorably discharged from the US Army in 2006, Susan has continued to live her core values and brings them to bear in her Real Estate career. Since she has experienced military life and its challenges from every angle, Susan has earned real-life experience that makes her uniquely suited to serve real estate buyers and sellers.


Susan entered the Real Estate world in order to provide an exciting life for herself and a comfortable life for her family. She left her job in ammunition behind in order to pursue an exciting full-time Real Estate career, and she hasn’t looked back!


Susan Mejias is married and lives in Cameron, NC. She and her husband have three daughters (with whom she has sharpened her negotiating skills), a French bulldog, and a bunny. She spends her free time traveling with her family, doing yoga, cooking, and designing her home. Her family and friends affectionately nicknamed her "Susie-Q," but over the years, have simply shortened that to "Q."
